Following the lighter drop a few months back, Amsterdam based footwear brand, Filling Pieces shares their second autumn/winter 2015 collection.
Consisting of 65 unisex styles, this drop serves as the largest part of Filling Pieces' latest collection. The A/W'15 collection sees the brands classic silhouettes re-designed in fresh, weather appropriate designs.
Filling Pieces are also proud to finally reveal their much anticipated Pyramid model which leads this seasons collection. The paragon of the collection. A different approach to using rubber. Where usually only the soles of Filling Pieces’ trainers are constructed with this material, this time the designteam decided to flip the standard and create an upper completely made with Pyramid patterned reclycled rubber. This resulted in a unique and futuristic style, offered in three colorways. All black, red and white, coming in the signature Low Top, Mountain Cut, Low Top Transformed, Mid Top Transformed, High Top Transformed, Low Ultra and Runner Transformed.
The drive to create another aspiring and contemporary collection led the design team to use leathers, fabrics and techniques that have never been used by the brand before. Exotic printed iguana skins, aged leathers with vintage detailing and recycled rubber.
The collection is now available through Filling Pieces’ hand-picked retailers worldwid and online.
