TWO FIFTY ONE, a new landmark development and part of the regeneration of the Elephant & Castle area, has unveiled the ‘30 South of 30’ power list.
The ambassador scheme champions hotly tipped entrepreneurs, creatives and influencers under the age of 30, and offers a platform to support their burgeoning careers. Celebrating culture shapers based in South London, from start-up level through to established business owners, the project reveals a diverse range of professionals who are flourishing in their speciality area. Names championed in the power list include Pixie Turner, the food author and influencer who is the taking the wellness industry by storm and Att Pynta, the Scandinavian interiors duo based in Peckham. Also featured are record label founder and Stormzy’s manger Tobe Onwuka, street photographer Ron Timehin and ‘Great British Bake Off’ finalist Benjamina Ebuehi.
London is a hotbed for entrepreneurship, however often without a focus on the innovation coming out of south of the river. The 30 South of 30 programme, curated by TWO FIFTY ONE,
is designed to not only shine a light on this budding talent, but to support their prospering careers.

Saturday 16th June, 10.30am-12pm: Photography workshop with leading Cityscape photographer Ron Timehin. For the chance to learn inside secrets for leading London Cityscape photographer, Londoners can try their hand at using the hottest photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom) to transform photos with a professional look & feel.
Wednesday 20th June, 6pm-7.30pm: Nutrition workshops with Health & Wellbeing expert Pixie Turner. Food enthusiasts are invited to a health & wellbeing talk with budding food author & influencer Pixie Turner to dispel some of the food myths created by social media and to ask questions on her new book Plantbased Pixie.
Saturday 7th July, 2pm-6pm: Afternoon Tea experience with Benjamina Ebuehi, former Great British Bake Off contestant. Learn how to recreate the most quintessentially British Afternoon Tea with Great British Bake off contestant Benjamina Eduehi. From classic favourites to new inventions, Benjamina will demonstrate how to decorate this summer’s prettiest cakes and treats.
